This is the 2008 RMA conference registration form for submitting registration information and abstracts
(see an example of how to use this form if you need help)

In order to complete the registration please fill in both:

this REGISTRATION FORM and the PAYMENT FORM

(Note: current RMA members should deduct their paid RMA fees from the quoted here conference due payments)

To use this form perform the following steps:

  1. Choose the option Register, Edit personal data, or Unregister
  2. Enter your email address and click submit button
  3. If this is the first time and you're not in the database - please fill in the personal data sheet and click Submit button
  4. Click blue link to continue the registration process
  5. Enter your password you have chosen for this site during registration and click Submit button
  6. Click Not presenter or Presenter button and follow the screen messages.
