Compare results of periodic inventory (1997) with annual inventory for Georgia

Compare results of the last full periodic inventory of 1997 with results of new annual inventory based on partial data. In the annual inventory each year the dataset is increased by 20 percent of the total number of sample plots in the state; all statistics are calculated for the entire state using this partial data.
